I had the realisation that a dream is just a dream unless there is defined action in place to make it a reality.
We can be caught in the loop tape of wishing we had a better job, a better body, a better relationship, a bigger house, more money…..
BUT WAIT – how badly do we TRULY want these things and what makes it so hard to actually committing to putting the effort in place?
Unless you have a naturally healthy dose of laser focus, it’s not an easy journey and you end up being left in the dark, damp, depths of the wishing well.
Doesn’t sound so appealing, does it?
We become hardwired for sticking to what we are used to but somewhere inside us lives an override button.
A button that is linked to change, freedom and ease.
We have to climb over some rough terrain to get there.
The unknown, the fear of failure, the judgement, the tiredness and the occasional WTF am I doing!
ACCOUNTABILITY IS YOUR FRIEND
When we have drilled into why we want the change we need a sherpa to guide, reassure, champion and call us out when we are looking to plateau or start back tracking.
