No. I conduct the majority of my sessions online. The initial kickoff session is best done in person but all subsequent meetings can be held on the video call platform of your choice.
No. It’s an education around nutrition and gut health that you’ve likely never received before. The majority of clients find they lose weight just by applying the practical knowledge I’ll teach you. No restrictive diet plan is ever recommended.
No. However, you may wish to establish readings such as your cholesterol level and get some generic advice that you can use as a springboard for our sessions. Health coaching touches all elements of your life that can impact your well-being.
Payment plans are available with a small admin fee of £120. You can split the cost over 3 months. *only available with “get 40-fied”*
I use WhatsApp to communicate with my clients on a day-to-day basis. While you’re enrolled with me you have 24/7 accountability at your fingertips.
